Concepts link with standard markdown links, not [[wikilinks]] (OKF §6.1).

[[Page name]] links come from note-taking tools, most often Obsidian (also Logseq, Foam, and wikis). They name a page without saying where it is, so GitHub, AI assistants, and other markdown tools cannot follow them. OKF uses standard markdown links instead (OKF §6.1).

In Obsidian, turn off Settings → Files and links → Use [[Wikilinks]] and set New link format to Relative path to file: new links are then standard markdown links. Avoid Absolute path in vault, which writes paths without a leading /, so they resolve from each file’s own folder and break.
